DEF : Ruben Dias (5.6 – 5.7%)
Two clean sheets and two goals from his last five matches make Ruben Dias an alternative asset for Man City alongside Haaland, Foden, and O’Reilly.
His 14 points in the last match against Sunderland put him on the list of assets with the highest points in one gameweek this season.
It will be interesting to see if this can be repeated in the future.
Next Opponents : Crystal Palace, West Ham, Nottingham Forest
MID : Anthony Gordon (7.2 – 2.5%)
Slowly but surely, Gordon began to regain his confidence, especially in the last three matches (two Premier League and one UCL).
In the match against Burnley, he had three shots, two of which hit the post and one resulted in a goal from the penalty spot.
The fact that he is the main penalty taker is an added bonus for Gordon.
Next Opponents : Sunderland, Chelsea, Manchester United
MID : Harry Wilson (5.3 – 4.5%)
Two goals and two assists from his last three matches mean I cannot overlook Harry Wilson from this list.
So far, Wilson has scored 4 goals from 21 shots, with 8 of them on target. He has also created 12 chances, with 10 successful passes this season.
With several key Fulham players called up for the AFCON, it will be interesting to see how many points Wilson can accumulate during that period.
Next Opponents : Burnley, Nottingham Forest, Westham
FWD : Dominic Calvert-Lewin (5.6 – 2.3%)
Scoring 3 goals in his last 3 matches shows a positive trend for the player often referred to as DCL. Interestingly, those goals were scored against Manchester City, Chelsea, and Liverpool.
So far, DCL has scored 4 goals from 27 shots, with 11 of them on target. He has also created 10 chances throughout the season.
With Nmecha absent, DCL’s chances of becoming a first-choice striker for Leeds are wide open. Let’s see how many more goals he can add to his tally in the coming matches.
